3. Communication and Confirm (Approval) Options
If you wish, our Operations Management can also contact you via WhatsApp and send you the dynamic confirm (approval) link. Through this link, the details of your reservation can be followed in real time and dynamically.
4. When the Reservation Date Approaches
As your reservation date approaches, a dedicated customer representative is assigned to you. Your assigned representative will definitely contact you and follow the process personally.
5. Content of the Dynamic Confirm (Approval) Link
12 hours before your reservation, you can instantly access the following information via the confirm link sent to you:

6. Welcome Process According to Pickup Location
If your pickup location is the airport:
